
Coca-Cola - FIFA World Cup Tour
challenge:
Create a multi-interactive FIFA World Cup experience that consisted of multiple photo experiences tied together by QR code wristbands. No personal data could be collected, the experience had to be built out in eight different languages and all cases needed to be custom made to fit on a 737 airplane to activate in 56 countries over a two-month span.
sbExperiential solution:
sbExperiential built custom photo booths, mobile photo opportunities and purchased over 100,000 QR code wristbands. All the equipment was put in custom made cases to ensure it fit in the 737 FIFA World Cup/Coca-Cola branded airplane. sbExperiential also built a robust onsite backend system that linked together all of the media taken. Users were able to visit a custom microsite that had all their personal media, in their native language, without having to provide any personal data.
